Logs are pay-as-you-go at 0,50 €/GiB ingested, and AWS, Azure, SNMP and vSphere resources are billed per object — cloud accounts, S3 and Blob storage, Trusted Advisor and vSphere clusters are free. No. Bleemeo collects metrics through open standards — Prometheus exporters, OpenTelemetry, and standard protocols. Our agent, Glouton, is open source. Your data is always accessible via our API, and you can export it at any time. If you ever decide to leave, your monitoring configuration stays with you.

Metrics and logs are stored in the EU, in the Paris region (France). Bleemeo is GDPR compliant. We never sell your data; the few processors outside the EU (transactional email, mobile push, federated sign-in) operate under Standard Contractual Clauses, and we provide data processing agreements (DPA) on request. A server is any machine running our monitoring agent — physical servers, virtual machines, or cloud instances. Each unique host counts as one server. Kubernetes nodes are also counted as servers.

Billing is calculated hourly and invoiced monthly. You only pay for the servers actually monitored during each hour — if a server is removed mid-month, you stop paying for it immediately. Prices shown are per month for simplicity, but the actual charge is based on hourly usage. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfers. All prices are shown excluding VAT — applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
