Our Story

Bleemeo was founded in 2015 in Toulouse, France, by a team of engineers frustrated with the complexity of existing monitoring solutions. We saw teams spending more time configuring their monitoring tools than actually monitoring their infrastructure.

We set out to build something different: a monitoring platform that's powerful enough for enterprise needs, yet simple enough that any team can get started in minutes. Today, thousands of companies trust Bleemeo to monitor their critical infrastructure.

Our commitment to open source is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that the best monitoring tools should be accessible to everyone, which is why we've open-sourced key components like Glouton and SquirrelDB.

CEO & co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience in DevOps and large-scale system administration, Lionel co-founded Bleemeo in 2015. A passionate open source advocate, he organizes Capitole du Libre and Toulouse DevOps, and is an ENSEEIHT engineering graduate.

Pierre Fersing

CTO & co-Founder

Bringing over 20 years of expertise in infrastructure engineering and systems at scale, Pierre co-founded Bleemeo in 2015. He is also a key contributor to the Mosquitto and Paho projects under the Eclipse Foundation, and a graduate of ENSEEIHT.

Clément Cavanier

Senior Cloud Engineer

Clément joined Bleemeo in 2017 and has been instrumental in building and scaling the cloud infrastructure. With strong expertise in Python and cloud-native technologies, he is an IPI graduate.
